Just like the prestigious sweet symbol of Parthenopean cuisine, left to rise for a long time in an elongated truncated cone mould, Babà takes shape blown by the master glassmaker in a play of cages that are perfect in scanning the full volumes of the glass. The metal flower, the end of the cage in the lower section, is the perfect filling.
